I found my employer's message to start working in google (copy-paste),should i be worry about it?

yes. do not communicate with a potential employer outside of the freelancer messaging system. Even if they are a legit employer, you risk having you account closed by Freelancer. But more often than not, they are a scam employer will be asking you for personal information and banking details in an off-site communication method.
