here is my comments :
1- you dont have to worry about the VO insertion in the video , this is our problem , and we have to find a solution for it ... so you dont have to say the sentences very fast
2- the quality of the recording is very poor , try to record in a very clear background
3- to achieve No.2 ... you dont have to record with the video sound on , just record it with no any noise or echo and no any music or sound from the original video
4- Please dont say X six hundred fifty , just say x six fifty
