Sumarul concursului

We need a responsive, minimalist web design for our site, English and Spanish (detecting browser language, offering link to the other language. Languages other than English and Spanish should land on English). Would like each main point to be viewed individually on a web browser or mobile screen, scrolling for the next one. Currently our site is loaded on www.caribbeannetworks.net with the attached content, but we're not pleased with the presentation. Preferably coded in html without a database, but flexible on this point.

Our current website is up at www.caribbeannetworks.net; we're looking for the best version of this improved, using the content in the word document. As stated, I would like it to be 2 pages, one English, one Spanish, the only menu link would be to the other language. Each of the bold faced topics would present on it's own screen, scrolling down through them. I have not selected anyone yet because I'd like to review and select from the examples for our site that you can provide, not examples of other sites...
