Our company deliveries large volumes of alternate fuels (Firewood & Wood Pellets) We need help visualising what our delivery methods are for our customer to best understand our delivery thresholds prior to ordering. Our delivering partner provides whats called a kerbside delivery. This method is delivery where the public property meets the private property.

The process is as follows.
1 All orders arrive on a lorry & are delivered on wooden pallets to the customers home
2 The pallet is pump trucked to the tail lift on the back of a lorry & lowered to ground level
3 The driver will use the pump truck to move the pallet from the tail lift to a suitable & safe location at the kerbside. (see attached image that outlines potential difficulties encountered when using a pump truck when delivering our products)
4 An order acceptance form will then be signed

With a wrap-up frame of animation, customer enjoy their fireplace* (not essential)

Appearance & theme can be basic, duration of clip shouldnt be anymore than 20 to 45 seconds. Colour codes that are used on the web site are as followed.
3D animation not needed basic 2d clear animation would be fine.
