We have a vacant lot on which we can build an 8 unit complex.

The building percentage of the lot is limited given the 80 ft buffer from the stream.

We want to use 40 ft container units placed in a way - 2 levels, so 4 units per row. With space in between for stairs and other functions.

The goal of this project is to create a conceptual architectural design of this 8 unit apartment complex using the 40 ft container size for each unit. They need to be placed in a creative way.

Also we need 8 parking spaces, 6 of these covered. So, use the concept to position these 6 parking places as well.

This project is a lot about creativity in architectural design. Attached are images of the lot and dimensions of the building plat. The 80 feet buffer zone can be used for trails. Attached is also City code for High Density Residential, so please take that into account designing the concept.

This is not going to be the final design and the inside of the unit does have to be designed. This project is to create a conceptual idea.

  Yes, they could. There is no need to draw the inside of the containers. It is still a concept.
