  Hey ciprilisticus thank you for the heads up I have reported the infringement. Yes that logo is exactly the same in court would hold up as plagiarized and would put me into a legal battle. Having said this guys in the future please Private Message each other so that contest don't get hurt in the mix. Thank you both for the efforts sorry I didn't pick your designs but I will definitely keep you in mind when future projects come up. As for AlejandroRkn, I love it in the future just make sure to modify it a bit more so that it becomes more of your flavour.   I apologize to all freelancers and to the Contest Holder for having to see a fight on this page but what this guy does is really regrettable. I've done some research and I found the agency that created the logo for AFC Asian Cup 2015. It is called WiteKite and it is based in Australia. I think the contest holder should really think before using their design since the copyright laws are protecting it. As for my design I can prove it is unique, and I'm certain there is no copyright issue since the only vector file for the design is on my computer and you can google as much as you want you won't find anything similar except for the COPIED design that this guy uploaded on Tinypic. Even so I am ready to leave to contest if the Contest Holder decides so. Thank you and I apologize again.

     Maybe you would like to have a word with the Asian Football Association since you use their logo and sell it to others.

So if you don't want any copyright issues with them I suggest you admit what you have done, and stop doing this because you risk to put the Contest Holder in a situation where he can be sued by the company who has the rights to use that image.

  Even if I'm not winning this contest I would really like to write to Contest Holder to reject #23 's work because it is copied. I am ready to withdraw my entry and leave the contest but this guy really doesn't deserve to be on freelancer. Thank you.
