Hi, I am available to migrate your WordPress website now. I would require the server or hosting (CPanel) details of your new Webhost and also the back-end (admin details) of your current WordPress Website to complete the migration. The website downtime will be determined by the size of your current WordPress website. If you can share the website with me, I might be able to give you an estimate but be rest assured that I will make sure your downtime doesn't go above an hour max. I can also migrate the website during your website off-peak time, maybe when most of your users are sleeping, if you want, however let me quickly also chip in that your budget of $10 is quite low.
