I am looking for a skilled designer to create a logo for my new retail business. I have some ideas in mind for the design, but I am open to modifications and suggestions.

Company name is Alia Designs, I will be selling homemade products and crafts.

Requirements:
- The logo should be a combination of text and image elements The image should have the business name centered with two lilies and 4 roses around with an untwining design . I have attached an image but would like the flowers more defined and not watercolor with the bright pink lilies.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing and memorable logos
- Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate my ideas into the design

- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback
