I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can convert my black and white lineart images into vector format, with remastering. The purpose of these images is for vinyl cutting, so these vector images have to be optimized for vinyl cutting. This includes no open paths, crossing paths and no tiny details.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in vector conversion and remastering (This is not going to be an easy vectorization)
- Familiarity with vinyl cutting and its requirements
- Attention to detail in each of my lineart images that need conversion*
- Artwork will need a bit of "remastering" in some parts to help make it look realistic. My lineart images are drawings so they will have some flaws that need correction when vectorizing. This means straight lines where there needs to be and properly rounded tires so they look like they belong on the vehicle. Also note that that attached sample image has a "STOP" sign that not in the proper perspective.
