Create a PowerPoint presentation with animation timed with audio, using the provided animated powerpoint template – 64E

Contest name: Florida 64E

We have a presentation that is 80 minutes in length.

The presentation is broken up into six sections, each about 7 to 19 minutes in length. This contest is to create all six sections, totaling about 60 to 70 minutes in length.

We need this presentation created in the provided Animated PowerPoint

• The Word document 64E Slide by Slide has the text required to be on each slide
• Each slide has audio that needs to be matched together with the text. The PDF document “64E-16 Audio Transcript with timing.pdf”, and includes notes about the audio. There may be several “versions” of the same text – make sure you use the version noted in this document.
• We need the information to ‘animate’ (fade in, slide in, etc) onto the page, as the information is read in the audio file. Timing is very important.
• You must use the provided animated PowerPoint template.
• This PowerPoint presentation will be saved as a video file through the PowerPoint ‘Save to video’ setting. Make sure that your work can be saved as a M4p video file.

You will provide the completed PowerPoint presentation and the M4p videos for each of the six sections.

You can download the audio in six sections, one for each part of the presentation. The audio files (including section 4) may be downloaded here:

You have 14 days to complete the entire project, which is approximately 60 to 70 minutes in length.
