We are a rock and roll band called "Pyrate". We are looking to have a logo created that we can use for our band. Our style is 70s/80's rock and roll. Think bands like Guns n Roses, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Cinderella, Poison, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, etc. I'll include some images of some logos we like in this listing to use as reference but originality is welcome since we don't want to copy anything exactly. Feel free to create an original logo if you feel it captures the rock and roll vibe. Some ideas we had were maybe making the shape of the "r" similar to an old pirate hand gun but it doesn't need to be that. Basically things like swords, skulls, or anything pirate or medieval, but whatever looks cool overall. Simplicity, but originality. We think it's cool when some of the letters are exaggerated and are incorporated into the design itself like the Poison and Cinderella logos attached to this listing. Final delivery must be in vector format and a high resolution png. We don't have much of a budget so $10 will go to the winner, so design accordingly to what you feel can be done for that amount. We will end the contest early if someone creates the right logo for our band. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thanks so much for all your submissions! I really appreciate them all. I know the prize isn't much but I don't have much funds at the moment, so again thank you so much. In the files that I uploaded the poison logo is the closest to the style I'm hoping for and the Cinderella logo is the second closest. So if you could do something similar to that, that is what we're looking for. Thank you all!
