  There is no consistency between the emboss border color, the main color and the gradient color of each color. Se the original image. Like: Blue have a brigher blue as emboss, a stronger blue as main color, purple as gradient.
  Green have yellow emboss, green main color, light blue as gradient.
  You didn't followed a pattern like that for all colors. Also, distant squares should be darked. And gradients should have center to borders orientation, as the original image.
