Sumarul concursului

I would like a logo created to look like the example I am providing.

The graphic should be the Campbell Water Tower, but with a similar look to the Cody, Wyoming logo. I would like there to be a similar border (square like in Cody) with the water tower extending beyond the border (like the foot and tail of the horse and the top of the gun in the Cody logo).

Please take a look at the shading "example" images and the "chamber" image. I would like the water tower to be in a similar style.
