Sumarul concursului

I am a mineral collector and buy interesting little miracles of nature. In order to identify all the specimens its important to have label with each one. Mineral collating has been around as a hobby since the 1700's. Old labels are interesting as many were done by hand. I will send samples and the general Idea I want for you to design my label which I will have printed.
The Mineral Label must have as header my name Alex MacLeod, and a picture of a mineral (photo attached which you can make to look it was painted with watercolor, remember it need to look like its from late 1800's). Maybe mineral should in the middle of my name, this would be main thing you see, name in BOLD, DOL CALLIGRAPHIC writing style, Gothic?
Round the edge we need a border which also goes with the style .
Now to info on the Specimen:
The first space would be to write the "Species" (all this info I will add manually with ink pen for each species)
Then Location where it was found "Locality", this would need to be two lines at least.
Then a general space to add into and who were previous owners etc.
The Label will be printed on thick old looking paper, cream colored.
Size of Labels needed : 9cm wide, 6cm tall. 11cm x 7cm tall. 6.5cm x 6.5cm.
