We are after a *simple* and *clean* illustration with a small animation using our GPS logo and colour scheme.

Two parts to this project:
(1) Design an isometric city illustration (similar to the three example images attached) with a few streets.
Design to comply with our company's colour scheme attached. It will likely be on the light blue background (#99ccff). No words on image. Must have transparent background.

(2) After designing the isometric city illustration above, we are after a simple animation which would show a delivery from on home/apartment/building to another. This simple animation can utilise our GPS logo (you can choose from one of the GPS icons colours attached) landing onto a home/apartment/building then moving to another (or similar). You can refer to sample animations attached.

This simple animation must be able to be uploaded an used for a website background (gif animation?).
The image animation must have transparent background to allow us to use on any background colour in case we decide to change colour themes.
