The Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association (AusTTa) brings together seasoned professionals who have turned-around existing companies as well as others who have actively supported the expansion of new, disruptive ones. All are highly experienced transformative leaders who have led major restructures and driven rapid growth/expansions. They come from all sectors of the economy – manufacturing, services, consumer goods, primary industry and Government.

A key objective of the association is to provide a formal qualification pathway for transformational leadership, the highest level of qualification being a Fellow. ( Fellow of AusTTa). Other qualifications include Certificate of Transformational leadership, Practicing Member and Associate.

We are about to graduate our first students to both Practising Member and Fellow Status and would like to present a high quality certificate to those who are successful.

We are after 3 designs being:-

1) A company Seal

We are after a formal seal for the organisation to affix to our certificates. The seal should be approx 8cm in width and be provided in a format which we can take to the printer to have seal stickers produced.

2 and 3 ) Certificates

We are also after 2 x A4 size certificates

1 x Practising Member of the Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association - designation MATTA

1 x Fellow of the Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association - designation FTTAA

Each certificate should feature our Logo and have room for

* 2 signatures being both the Chairman and a Director of the Association.
* room for a date to be inserted
* room for a name to be inserted

To assist I attach a copy of a certificate with similar requirements and the logo.

The design needs to be something we can edit ( as in add names and dates and if required change some of the content ( headings)) and then take to a printers for printing.
