Sumarul concursului

I am looking for an experienced designer to create an inviting living/kitchen space of approx 250 square feet. The space should feature a full kitchen set-up and provide space for dining. The area marked for cabinets is a recommendation but I am open to ideas.
I am attaching drawing of the space plus pictures/video or original space

I would like to also assess the option of moving the kitchen to the larger part of the room and put the informal dining area close to the entry door

I would need a realistic 3D render and the use of USA standard cabinet sizes !!! Ceiling height is 8ft 2inches

has anyone thought of placing the kitchen on the bigger pat of the room and leaving the area close to the windows as dining ? i know this would require moving the sink but would like to see an option like this.
