I need a logo for my website: tennesseehotjobs.com (Tennessee hot jobs .com)

I am not married to any color scheme. But I would like it to include at least 3 elements: A bridge, the iconic Nashville AT&T building, and some trees. I like the look of the logo in the file I attached. But I am open to creative ideas as well. I would also like a trademark logo added to the design as well.

I like more simple than detailed work. I am silhouettes of the bridge, AT&T building, and trees moving left to right on the background with Tennessee Hot Jobs in the front of the objects in the background.
