I have written 120 pages in Google docs which I want to have designed professionally. This should include the design of a cover page, the design of 3 reoccurring icons ("Tip", "Attention", Advice") and the design of the entire text. A logo for the cover will be provided. The text is a step by step guide with lots of sections and explanations.

The current text already includes headlines, pictures, a table of contents and placeholders for the icons. I am looking for someone who can turn this plain text into a nice colorful guide/brochure. I have attached a brochure to give you an idea of what I am looking for. The attachment is called "KDS template". This template is black and white but I would be looking for a more colorful design.

Within the 120 pages there is 30 page long section with one table per page. All of these tables look similar but very simple. I am looking for a nice design for this table. In the end all tables should have the same design. Attached you can find an example of one table (please refer to "kds table example").

The language of the text is German ans must not be changed!

Final format should be "Microsoft Word" or "Pages" in order for me to change the text afterwards if necessary.
