I’d like the design to include the following…

The subject of this book is to help women succeed and rise to leadership positions in the workplace. They will learn how to develop their skills, find opportunity, manage stressors and maintain a work life balance. They will also learn how to mentor other women along their journey.

I’d like the book design to look like a "New York Times" best seller style book. Sophisticated and simple.
It must look like a book you would see at the airport book shop.

The design must get the attention of women trying to figure out how to succeed in their careers despite the obstacle they often find in their paths.

The main colours I'd like to use are: white, purple, blue, pink.

I've also included a number of book cover designs for inspiration to give you an idea of the direction I'd like for this design.
