To be considered, you must complete this test:

Test Task Create a 30-second intro video using footage from our videos on our YouTube channel (the zaytsevs ) which tells people what this channel is about.

Hard Rules:
The video must hook the viewer in the first 1–3 seconds
No slow intros
No logos
No fades
No “Hey guys” openings
This should feel like a scroll-stopping YouTube Short What We’re Looking For Immediate hook (visual, audio, or text)

Fast pacing Clear story or curiosity loop Clean captions (if used) Editing that makes us want to keep watching If it doesn’t grab attention instantly, it fails the test.

We’re looking for a skilled, creative video editor to help us grow our YouTube channel.
This is a paid opportunity after a short test. Long-term work available for the right person.

What We Need
Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–30 minutes)
Create high-retention short clips (Shorts / Reels)
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and hooks
Ability to cut boring parts ruthlessly
Add captions, zooms, sound effects only when they help retention
Understand YouTube audience psychology
