Hello All,

I'm looking for smart idea on how to optimise the space described in attachment. I would like to have as much rooms as possible and if possible a separation for WC and bath. Thanks in advance for your proposals.

The idea is to rent rooms individually and have shared kitchen WC/Bath.

The apartment to consider is the one on the left handside where the yellow arrow point to (Apt. 28).
