Flow with the Go

I'd like a banner design to be printed in vinyl or tyvek, to go on the wall of my home dojo. I practice Brazilian jiu jitsu and one of the famous practitioner's was quoted as having said, "Flow with the Go". What it means is use the energy given to you by your opponent to determine your response. I would like the background of the banner and the type elements to incorporate Japanese style waves as seen in Hokusai's "Great Wave off Kanagawa", but it would also be cool to have one end fire and the other water. Would be good to get it printed on a T-shirt as well, although I know the sizes are completely different. Banner should be 2800mmx450mm and readable from 4m away. It could still be a complex font.
