For an Instagram story, I need 2 animated wheels of fortune to spin on my Instagram story with things the polices the government have recently being put in place.
Just use numbers for now and I will confirm with you what to write on each wheel, the wheel needs stop and have a pointer also.

I would like both wheels to have a posh office in the background like in Parliament, and if you can have Boris and Matt in the animation also!

I recommend that a instagram filter be better, so you have more possibilities for this animation.
putting together a similar scenario so that your audience can use the instagram filter.
