Hi Bruno, although I am very curious to see your ideas, it would be a bit unfair regarding the others, as we have already some nice designs. Maybe you could upload some of your works of the past to your portfolio, (and inform) so that I can invite you to our next contest.

What about #46 , #47 , #48 ? Some experimentation with the same idea: sharp, straight lines evoke the feeling of pain.

Hi, thanks for your ideas. I like 47 - you are right, it evokes the feeling of pain. What I don´t like so much about it, is that it is almost to much evoking this feeling, so that one prefers to look somewhere else. So maybe you can work on the idea and find a way to let it look a little less painful.

Hi Erika, thanks for the new designs. I am sorry, but they are not really what I am looking for. They are too esoteric. This could be right for a health topic, but in our case we need something clean and straigth.

Hi Artur,
yes, I think it is better with a person than with the triangle. What I like most are the simple drafts. As if it was one line. What I like in 17 is the color gradient. 22 is to complicated (to many small details). Bye- acum 13 ani

Hi Artur, I really appreciate your efforts and the progress in understanding what we are looking for. Thanks. What I like are the hands arranged to a circle and to put the pain in the middle. What I don´t like so much is the way you scetched the body - it looks a little bit like a pregnant woman because of the arms. I think it´s a very good idea to illustrate pain as somebody holding the hands folded like you scetched it. But maybe you can simplify the design, to keep the idea but looking a bit different. Would be great if you use some more vibrant colors to make the design a bit livelier. Thanks again for your engagement.

My entries #12 , #13 , #14 , and #15 use the symbolism of the universally known healing hands encompassing the standard medical symbol with a throbbing red knot overlaid to represent the chronic pain. It's simplicity would work in many formats and sizes and offer several different color options which could be adjusted and changed to suit. The radiating color from the hands matching the color of the medical symbol is representative of the healing nature of the practice.

thanks for the design. I rejected it, because I don´t want words in the symbol. It should speak for itself without any explanation.

hi Artur,
thank you for the designs. They are closer to what I am looking for, but not really what I want. The "pain" is more looking like an eye. Nice - but not for this topic. People should not get the impression it has to deal with just one organ. Cross - not intended at all. I like your idea of hands and the fact that it is one symbol. I am looking for something less "esotheric". It should be a straight symbol. I really like your drawing of Kitty. It´s that sort of style I would prefer - straigth, clear and with a touch of emotion.- acum 13 ani

Upon reading your project description I immediately began to try to visualize what imagery could represent all that you've outlined but still stay graphically simple enough to be a dynamic and easily utilized logo. I've submitted two examples-- one on a white background and the other on a black background. I've used a overhand knot to represent chronic pain within the symbol of the heart surrounded by the universally known symbol of the helping hands to show the group support involved. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to reply!

Hi,
thanks for your designs. I rejected them because of the heart. I don´t want a special organ in the symbol. What I like is your idea of the knot and the fact that it´s endless. May be you could work on that and elaborate this idea.- acum 13 ani

Hi. On the top is the body in pain, on the bottom are the "helping hands", which have different colors to demonstrate it's not only one person, but different people, that are helping. The line between should mean variety of help given to those people. Hope you like it. :)

Hi. Could you please let me know if I am going the right direction? I have used a human silhouette with a different chronic pain (the red circles). Yellow circles show 4 people holding hands together (organizations) who are fighting the pain.

Hi Erika, thanks for the drafts. I think they are too complicated. It should be a symbol that is easy to remember and it should be possible to print it without loosing the "small details". The yellow circles are more in the right direction. Do you think you can combine pain + group in a simple design / illustration?
