Build Out Loud is a software consulting company that specializes in building web based software.
The purpose of this image is to represent the relationship between the client and Build Out Loud. This relationship is created from the client having a software need and trusting Build Out Loud carrying this conceptual need through their process to a finished product. The client has a need/problem and Build Out Loud manages a solution through the Build Out Loud process all the way to a finished product that the client is proud of. All the way through the process Build Out Loud is communicating and reporting to the client.

2. Process Input: Client has a need or a problem.
i. Sub-Title: - "Take an idea or a problem and create prioritized deliverables (MVP's)."
ii. This should depict the "Plan" phase of software delivery.

This image is the conceptual (high-level) process overview. This image needs the ability to be expanded for a low-level process view. The Plan phase has 8 deliverables. The Design Plan has 8 deliverables. These deliverables need the ability to be shown as in-scope/out-of-scope.
