  Hi, contest holder.
  I'm interested in your contest, but before I start there are some things that I need you to clarify :
  1. It will be 1 bedroom apartment that consist : a bedroom, a bathroom (inside the bedroom or outside?), living room, kitchen and dining area
  2. From the layout that you made on roomplannerapp, is it correct that you don't mind to do some major renovation like removing/installing plumbing and electrical system that fits the design.
  3. Do you have a preference when it comes to the design style?
  4. Do you want to change the model of the windows and doors (without changing the position) or do you want to keep it as they are and just probably repaint?

     5. Do you want any preference when it comes to type of flooring, wall finishing, tiles and/or furniture? example : maybe you want to get your furnitures from IKEA, so we can specifically check for the items there and help you choose
