Our business is called BeyondChroma Mural Art & Design.

We are professional artists starting a new Mural Art & Design Studio where we custom design, consult, and paint unique interior mural wall art, and create accent wall design solutions on wallpaper and wall coverings. Our designs are also available in canvas art, prints, and a suite of home furnishing and consumer style products to custom order. Our designs bring synesthetic and emotional elements to the room beyond color. Our painting and design techniques instill a sense of movement, flow, texture and depth beyond the wall.

We are looking to have a company logo designed to represent our name and brand: BeyondChroma. Please visit our website: www.beyondchroma.com, which describes our offering, mission, vision, and core design elements that we value. You will also find keywords and general themes that may inspire your logo design.

We have uploaded preliminary design concepts to help guide your logo designs. We have also uploaded three mural projects as an example of our work; all works are proprietary digital web assets owned by Beyond Chroma with copyright and all rights reserved. As you will note, we have already narrowed in on our fonts and contrasting color scheme. However, if the designer feels compelled to present a unique variation of any of these elements that is well composed and balanced, we will be happy to evaluate it openly.

Our primary goal in this contest is to have a symbolic logo created that is complimentary to the name and can be added to the name and used with the name in integrated format or used as a stand alone symbol without the name.

Elements that we would like our designers to consider as suggested concepts, but not limited too:
- the yellow and orange gradient pattern
- the soft white and tinted grey font colors
- the lotus flower (3, 5 or 7 petals)
- infinity
- flower of life
- color wheels
- Fibonacci spirals
- vesica pisces
- custom letter 'D' and 'C' symmetry designs between the names BEYOND CHROMA
- color pallets
- sacred geometry
- Keywords for inspiration: flow, movement, synesthetic, fluid, depth, emotion, breathe, light, happy, fresh, modern, exquisite, bold, global, clean, professional, life, renewal, ethereal, airy, minimalistic, simple, elegant, enriching, organic

EMPHASIS ON: MINIMALISTIC, ORGANIC, LIGHT, HAPPY, SMOOTH, FLUID

We will accept viewing variations in:
- logo design symbols and integrated compositions
- logos without the name or sub-name (but will compose well and can be added to the name and sub-name under our branding discretion)
- logo placement in composition with the name and sub-name
- logo and name compositions that look good without a background
- logo and name composition without the sub-name
- logo element that ties into the words or the individual characters (or single character) of the name that operates with the name and could be used independently as well

As a result of awarding our logo designer with our prize, we expect that the file is shared in its native application file format for future editing, along with a pre-saved .jpeg and .png (with no background). Additionally, if the final logo size is not square, please also include a square resolution version to be used in social media thumbnails.

After much deliberation... We have selected our contest winner and ranked our final designs based on their creativity, effort, participation and hard work. 1ST PLACE: #198 , 2ND PLACE: #197 , 3RD PLACE TIE: #91 , and 3RD PLACE TIE: #200 . Quick Update - we will be updating the contest details tomorrow morning as we are still waiting for our sample references. In the meantime, we will be rejecting a number of duplicates and low ranking entries to clean up the entry portfolio. Again, everyone's work has been admirable up to this point and remember that our rejections or changing rankings only represents our perspective of what may be the likeliest fit for our brand identity and by no means reflects the creativity and dedication of many of your designs. Thank you to everyone so far for their very creative work and interpretations of the Beyond Chroma Brand and logo Identity. Our executive has reviewed all submissions so far and we have determined that although there are several logos that we like and find aesthetically pleasing, there is are still elements missing in how these logos represent the impression and feeling of the company name Beyond Chroma, and the core work that we do. After some consideration, we feel like it would be best to allow all of our participating designers to explore a new aesthetic approach with us to provide a relative comparison. As such, later this evening, we will be revising some of the key design details and providing a new portfolio of samples and references to guide everyone in a new creative direction to help us evaluate a different perspective on the brand. As a result, we will be extending the contest timeframe and increasing the award amount to value the time and commitment of our participants.

Additional General Design Notes: although we will be ranking solo name font submissions with one star, these will not be considered as finalists, even though we appreciate the simple bold and elegant design aesthetic that comes with just fonts, we are looking for an integrated symbol as well. Thank you.

Additional General Design notes: we noticed that many of you took an attempt a the sketch with the overlapping circles that outlined a subtle B and C but ended looking more like a radioactive symbol coming out distracting and too sharp and not emphasizing the B and C enough with simple flat aesthetic... A note, that this sketch was intended to represent a butterfly (blooming, metamorphosis, air, soft, light, elegant, colorful, spring, beauty, delicate)... we apologize if the original sketch may have been misleading. Thank you for all these styles of submissions, however, if anyone wishes to take that symbolism in a new direction, we will review under the new design lens.... All others that are associated to this sketch will be rejected. Thank you for those submissions.

As we are noticing all of these interesting entries, we feel it is necessary to redirect EMPHASIS ON: MINIMALISTIC, ORGANIC, LIGHT, HAPPY, SMOOTH, FLUID and our original suggested yellow and orange gradient color pattern with the soft white and soft tinted grey font colors.
