  ok yes, this is the style i want. Please use my colors, i sent earlier. don't make it all one color maybe the dots can be turquoise or the other blue. Use 2 colors. Maybe the word boss is in another, but use 2 colors and show be different versions with 2 colors. When i award, i will want the final version in png transparent file, but i want to see the different colors versions first and i will ward when you post.
