I am in need of a logo design for my company. I already have a name for the brand and I would like the logo to be creative and abstract in style. I have specific colors in mind that I would like to be incorporated into the logo design.

Here's my current website: recruitqualified.com, I'm not a big fan of the logo. I like the colors but I need the icon to be able to fit into Facebook profile photo and Twitter profile image section nicely. I would like it to have some kind of hexagon shape on the icon.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating abstract and creative logos
- Ability to work with specific color preferences
- Attention to detail to capture the essence of the brand
- Ability to understand and incorporate the company's values and identity into the logo design.
