You can just rate the designs rather than rejecting them - you may not be aware that the designer gets 'penalised' when you reject.

  You can reject them if you'd like. We aren't penalized, we just lose xp points and credits, it doesn't actually penalize our accounts or anything. If it keeps you organized, you do what you need to do. You are the contest holders.

  Glad you like #39. I have redone it with "Automobile Service" and changed the colour from "fire engine red" to "chrysler hemi orange" with the cream remaining the same... see #45. Is it okay to use just one of the colours you specify, as I have done, or would you prefer all the colours included ?
