Logo Design for Vintage-Themed Small Shop

I am seeking a talented graphic designer to create a classic and timeless logo for my small shop. The name of the business is KARMA Community Market and we already have a font for the text that is being used.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in logo design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with vintage design elements and typography

Logo Style:
- Vintage style
- Minimalist design preferred
- Black and white color scheme

We are located in a 100 year old building and we would like the logo to be a simple illustration of the actual building. We are looking for one color (Black) on a transparent background. Line vector style illustration and we need the final files to be esp, pdf and svg. I have attached an image of the building and a style we would like the logo to be in. We would like an illustration of the building in the photograph, in the style of the illustration. I will rate entries and provide feedback as to what I like and what we would like to see changed.
