I recently paid someone to create this logo on Fiverr. While I like it, I feel like it lacks "oomph". I would like it to mirror the fun, vibrant, creative vibe of the STEM/S.T.E.A.M. youth program (for girls) I'm starting.

I need a logo design that's easy to duplicate and transfers well to apparel. I like the overall shape/colors but would like it to include the characteristics I mentioned above.
