I want to make the brush move and the 2 birds to fly.

I need very urgent.

I need this for my website which is responsive so I need landscape version for desktop and for mobile I need portrait version. So for mobile u will have to crop into portrait only the main part of the gif. Since it is for website keep the file size as low as possible

Width 2500 px
For mobile
Keep height of 1200 px
