Plastech Innovation is a North East startup in the process of spinning out of Durham University. Plastech Innovation's mission is to contribute to a circular economy by diverting post-consumer waste plastic away from landfill and the natural environment. Our innovative recycling process turns plastic into a more sustainable sand substitute for concrete manufacture. Adopting our lightweight plastic aggregate will reduce both the costs (10-15%) and CO2 emissions (10-15%) produced from the transportation of heavy natural aggregates for our customers, whilst also providing socio-economic incentives.

Our current branding is red/maroon and grey scale and we have the tag line putting yesterday's plastic into tomorrows technologies (see attachment for a recent poster), with our font being variations of Franklin Gothic. Now we are becoming established and close to introducing our product to the market we need a dynamic logo to go along side our name for the companies marketing material as well as our social media platforms.
