I am starting a new enterprise and I need a new logo. I am open to suggestions for colors and design elements. I would like the logo to be versatile and suitable for multiple sizes and formats.

The company is called RSI which stands for "Recruitment Strategies International LLC" and its primary business is recruiting foreign professionals in the education and healthcare sectors from around the world to fill vacancies in the United States.
