I need someone to add formulas, merge data, and clean up excel worksheets. The project is for about 60 or less residential properties with 200 to 800 units that are being renovated. I have data from property management software exported into excel that needs to be compared to hand keyed data. I need to determine how many units were renovated (full and partial), what the costs were per unit, and what categories the costs are for, the variance between the hand keyed report and the data taken directly from the software.
I need you to create a way to take the attached data and summarize it. I'm looking for a management report to get an overview of the expenses.
The attached files are for one property and this will be the type data to work with.
I have a Zip file with the master data similar to the attached.
