I am looking for someone to reimagine the UI/UX of the social network I have at https://dev.ludustack.com and actually can code some HTML+CS+JS. It is a social network/community exclusive to game developers where they can interact with each other, post updates about their projects, use a few tools I provide and manage their game presence on platforms.

Some considerations:
1. It must be inspired by this template: https://odindesignthemes.com/vikinger-dark/profile-timeline.html
2. It must use a plugin to generate hexagonal avatars. I wrote this one a while ago: https://github.com/programad/polyavatar
3. CSS must be as clean as possible, well documented;
4. Avoid creating new CSS classes if it can be done with a Bootstrap 4 built-in class;
5. Plus one if you can show both light and dark versions and maybe a little button to switch between them;
6. If you do a good job, we can keep the partnership and create more pages;
7. You MUST NOT copy other people's work (but you can copy code from my code if you wish);
8. You should provide a CSS that can handle all form inputs, as well, like a normal template;
9. The more pages you can include in your offer, more chances you have to be selected;
10. I will handle the javascript but you can write some if you wish;
11. Feel free to make changes and suggestions on anything;
12. Quotes without live demo or proof you actually coded it will not be considered (I must make sure you can actually do the thing);
13. It must be responsive! We have an android app that depends on this;

A template on Theme Forest costs from 10 to 50 bucks (Vikinger costs $26). I want a template for minimum $200 that focus on my needs. Sounds fair to me since I will do all the integration and we can extend the partnership with more pages after this (there are more than 30 on the whole platform and there are more being coded). If you show up with a killer exclusive template that attend to all my needs and ask for more money, we can still talk and raise the prize but it must be A KILLER EXCLUSIVE TEMPLATE!

The winner will be able to work on the other pages and be paid accordingly. Please, if possible, state your rates per page design.

My code is open source right now at https://github.com/anteatergames/ludustack. If you want, you can fork the repository and code the template directly on there and run locally on your machine to test or you can just deliver the HTML+CSS+JS package that I am fine with that.

Do as many pages as you can. The more pages you make, more chances you have to be selected as the winner.

You can create an account at https://dev.ludustack.com to navigate and test stuff around if you wish, that is a development environment. Please, test the platform to actually learn how it works, how the javascript handles things.

Do your best, do not be afraid to ask for more money if you are talented enough. My platform will grow overtime and your name will be known.

I just want to make sure every competitor can deliver responsive pages at the handover phase. For the $200 dollars, I would like to receive a few pages like:

home page (main activity feed, latest games, counters, etc),
profile page (that can switch to activity feed, user information, list user games, etc),
profile edit page (where user can set their bio, name, external links, etc),
game page itself with information about it and an activity feed related to it,
content page (when a user post an article how do they read it),

More pages = more chances to win.

You can see the pages I currently have there and you can copy the structure if you want and modify according to your desire.

You can make some other pages if you like, you will have more chances to win.

You have more chances to win if you show me how your ide would look like in both light and dark themes.

I will wait until the last second of the deadline to decide.

Hi, I'm interested in this project. Can i take any color reference based on viking template, or i only take layout from viking and color based on your original website?

  Ok. Let me see. The layout elements on Vikinger pleases me a lot. You can compare theirs with my current layout. For example. The way I present the social icons today takes too much space. Vikinger has a carousel to solve that problem. I prefer my own post box on the main page, the one from Vikinger is too big, mine is small and expands when you click it. The color scheme can be any scheme. Just keep in mind that the target users are game developers.

Hello, I have a few questions. I can code the front-end of the website but sending a live demo as an example could result in a waste of time if you don't like the design itself. Bootstrap is a must? I would rather code the website from scratch.

  Well, I am probably not experienced in CSS as you and I will probably will do maintenance on the code so I can work fine with Bootstrap but I don't know If I can do a good job with CSS from scratch. Just a reminder, it must be responsive. If you think your CSS is easy enough for other people to maintain or you are aiming to continuing freelancing for the project in the future, sure, you can code from scratch. I rather have Bootstrap but you sound like you are up for a challenge.
  
  About the live version, if you can somehow prove you actually did the work and not copied form other place, yes, you don't need to have a live demo. Just make sure you can prove you did it and we should be fine.
