** We live in this house and will be re-siding and re-roofing the house in 1 month. We are looking for siding and design ideas. We are looking for the best design to make our house look like a million dollar home.

We would like to keep the rock to save cost, however, if needed, we can replace with newer styles.
For siding, we plan to use LP Smart Side, or Hardy Board siding.
Shingles, we plan to use standard 30 year shingles

We love the look of Timber Frame houses. We will be adding a covered porch timber frame in the rear of the house.

What is the main goal of the exterior remodel? Increase curb appeal, increase efficiency if possible

What is the style preference for the remodel? Modern/traditional, we are adding a timber frame covered porch in rear.
