  It's actually a group of teams under the A - Hoops umbrella.
  Some of the Tourney logo's used have can be seen at:

  Something in that style would be great but want a Mountain (carved into an A) with the across part spelling HOOPS with the O's as basketballs

Please make the "A" more of a mountain that looks like an A more than tweaking a Font to look mountainy.
