PIC another. I have some Arduino skills and are able to create the setup in Sweden. Some of the development will be thru TeamViewer. You need to have a CCtalk host to be able to verify your work. I will copy your work and apply it to a Comestero coinchanger. The task is to have 4 buttons. * 10 SEK * 20 SEK * 50 SEK * 100 SEK (option is 5 buttons and 200 SEK) When a button is pressed the coin value is sent to the Comestero coinchanger and 20SEK = 2 tokens from the coinchanger. We are facing an issue, using above example, we connected rx and tx together in with a diode, and resistor to +3.3v as shown in tutorial, but we get no answer from the hopper. i got an interface connecting coin acceptors output through cctalk for fiscal usage. The already used coin acceptors are Wh EMP800 with 24v supply on the main board. The working impulse I got at the cctalk output is at 12v The business needs to add another coin acceptor Comestero RM5 with 12v supply. The cctalk level output is at 5v. This signal is not enough to trigger my interface input. The asking project is a converting board to increase the cctalk level of the impulse from 5v to 12v. Best Regards

There is alot of Arduino/ESP32 project that reads a coin acceptor/bill acceptor. I need a Arduino/ESP32 project that gets a pulse for a coin/bill and sends a CCtalk message to the CCTalk main board. The setup today is a bill acceptor and a moneyhopper. When a bill is inserted (100 SEK) 10 coins (10S EK) ej ejected from the machine. The wanted function is that teh Arduino/ESP is connected to the CCTalk in paralell with the existing bill acceptor. When a pulse is received on a GPIO on the Arduino/ESP32 a cctalk message (100 SEK) is sent to the CCtalk mainboard the exact way as a 100 SEK bill in the bill acceptor. I am looking to replicate the functionality of a Money Controls CCTALK USB Pod. This PCB will have a 24V Power Supply, USB 2.0 Type B Jack (Female) and a H JST 6pin side entry connector (). The 24V will provide coin hopper/bill collector voltage on JST PIN 1 +24V, GND on JST PIN 3, and DATA on JST PIN 4. Additionally a voltage regulator will need to down step voltage to 5V for other components. There will be a FT232RQ IC for Serial CCTALK communication to DATA JST PIN4 (as per CCTALK SPEC) and USB 2.0 functionality for PC connectivity/programming. Pictures of existing PCB are attached.
