I have a medical education app Java app with a mix of JavaFx / Swing using JDK 11. It uses gradle to compile. I need help with a bug that the app will freeze only on certain Macbooks. It happens only on a certain pop-up windows. I have some ideas about fixing it such as disabling Java acceleration, or just replacing the pop-up windows with a different function. I do not have the knowledge to do this, so am looking for help.
