I have a Odoo 10 running and working I want to use the live chat, it was working and suddenly it stops working. I need help to fix it.
I have an OpenERP running but the livechat and email sending is not working. My email server is working correctly, i can recieve and send emails. I need someone who can help me fix this issue.

Then I install OpenERP in new PC (same build version as backup: 7.0-20140327-001417) Then I restore database through PgAdmin III I enter database through OpenERP but I'm having problems...
