We both agree that when the design is done that the fee of 450 is to be paid for the task, irrespective of the time spent to complete the task. Creation of a small PCB for charging and powering a single USB A port. What I would like to have designed for me is a PCB that enables charging of a 3.7v battery through USB C, and outputs power to something that can be soldered to a USB A IO. The USB A output will only be supplied power when a button is pressed, and power will stop being supplied after 5 minutes. The PCB will need to include battery protection, and deep discharge protection. In short, this PCB will be connected onto an already existing PCB, that should only receive power for 10 mins after the button is pressed.

Hello. I need a circuit and pcb designed. It is for automotive applications so will need to run off 12v but be able to handle spikes of up to 15v. The circuit will be trigger by a reed switch and active an LED. Both the reed switch and led wont be mounted on the PCB. The pcb will need to be a 55mm circle with two cutouts. Need an existing PCB reversed engineered. This PCB is .031” thick FR-4, double-sided, 1 oz. copper, ENIG. Overall size is 2.200” x 2.353”. All holes are plated-thru; 16x 0.019” diameter, 13x 0.047” diameter, 2x 0.070” diameter. Green soldermask is required on both sides. No silkscreen is required. All board tolerances to be +/- 0.005”, except for the holes, which need a tolerance of +/- 0.002” diameter.
