phpFox currently has a huge search functionality bug / flaw - It does NOT work. In other words, it's "global search" only returns persons name - not sure how global that is. As a quick fix, I need it to search the "About Me" field or mysql table.

I have purchased an app from a developer (The Dating Module from FoxExpert) and I want to add to this mod the ability for users to select options on their profile that use the check box option. (At the moment only a single tick box ( i want mutiple options to form a list or lists on their profile. My client wants to start a "People in the lifestyle" community (Swingers). He tasked me to evaluate SocialEngine, phpFOX, Sngine, and WoWonder. Personally I would like him to go with SocialEngine but the only thiing that I can see that may be a problem is the uploading of a video. The site will be hosted on a normal ISP without VPS because the video part will be limited. This creates the problem because most ISP's will not allow for FFMPEG on a shared hosting packet.
