Good morning. I built a site with Xlinesoft PHPRunner where you can find the technical information you need for your work. Only members can access full, upon payment of a fee. I had thought of Paypal as my primary payment method. The payment form is ready and registers the operation on the Paypal portal (). The IPN notification settings are also configured to send the listener information but for some reason it doesn't reach it and nothing is logged to the local database which serves to unlock the member's status and thus to have full access. So what I need is an Xlinesoft PHPRunner Specialist or similar to write an ipn-listener to integrate into the project built with phprunner so that it does its job correctly.

When in a shared hosting environment, however, the creation of database denied because database user lack full privileges.
