Plastic mold designproiecte

Vreau să încerc funcționarea unui capac pe gâtul unui flacon cu 4 spire ne-regulate (2 orizontale, 2 înclinate, întrerupte). Aș vrea să îl imprim pe plastic în 3D dar nu știu să fac spirele iar firmele cu care am vorbit să facă și proiectarea m-au tot amânat. Pe moment e doar o schiță de mână. O voi furniza celor ce sunt interesați a lucra. Cel mai important e gâtul flaconului și capacul. Dimensiunea totală a flaconului e de circa 100 mm înălțime și 50 mm în diametru (corpul flaconului). Gâtul are diametrul de 30 mm iar capacul e corespunzător.

Desen de execuție 3D, a unei piese auto, din plastic. După desen urmează să fie executată o piesă din oțel, copie cât mai fidelă a piesei din plastic. Piesa originală va fi înmânată pentru măsurarea exactă a cotelor.

Cautam colaboratori pentru modelarea si randarea 3D (preferabil in Solidworks) a 18 produse (mai multe tipuri de plase de insecte). Pentru acest proiect putem furniza schite in format dwg pentru elementele principale, (necesitand doar extrudarea la cotele stabilite), fiind necesara modelara de la zero a accesoriilor din plastic si a sitelor. Nivelul randarii trebuie sa fie RealView sau Photorealistic.

I have made a physical template of my boats carpets, but need it to be put into CAD. I am not sure how I get the actual dimensions, but I believe the plastic used has the "diamond pattern" reinforcing which is of a "standard" size. This means that if we can measure 1 component, we will be able to size everything. Also the carpet template needs to be about 1inch smaller than the outline as per the templates.

My rental property has mold, discovered on Jan 31, 2023 Restoration company has come in, and done demo to interior walls. Leak detectors came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Restoration cannot continue until we came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Restoration cannot continue until we locate the actual source of the leak. Insurance is dragging its feet on getting a structural engineer out to locate the source of the actual leak. Ineed somebody to please, coordinate with my restoration guy to come out and identify the source so we can do restoration. with all the bad weather we're having, the building is not getting any better.
