The app searches Shoutcast, then downloads a .pls file which contains a streaming URL, parses the URL, then deletes the file and feeds the URL to a MediaPlayer. Everything works in API 29, but we changed the temp file path for API 30, started to crash. The activity probably had issues before we switched to the new API. Looking for someone who is experienced with installing Centova Cast Ran into issues with MP3 decoder key and unable to connect to DJ audio stream. Liquid soap repository issue installing. Last but not least this is on Google Compute Engine which is a bear. Opened ticket at Centova for and paid for migration service and they never responded.
