This will be for modelling line of potatoes chips using solids and sheet metel as well as exporting to various file formats for prototyping and manufacture. Most of the parts and products will be chrome sheet but there will be other materials and manufacturing methods too. Occasionally, there will be rendering too. The modeller will work under my supervision but some knowledge of these techniques and initiative are required. I would like a realistic render of an assembly I’ve modelled in Solidworks. The model is of some stainless steel boxes and I want it to look like a real photo which will be used for the homepage of my website. The finish on the stainless steel surface needs to look brushed. The corner joins in the sheet metal needs to be filled in as if it was welded and polished with a nice radius and matched to the brush finish look. I also want one box to look like it is painted black and one painted white. The background needs to be black with some lighting from the front as per the sample photo.

Need to form a couple parts of a speaker . Need two parts to be formed in Solidworks. The speaker grill has a height of 24 inches, a width of 21 inches and is bent at the vertical lines that are 3 inches away from the edge. The top two corners also have a filet that is of dimension 1 inch. The bends at the lines are at an angle of 26.57 degrees. Please also ignore the bottom chamfer features as the final product should be rectangular. the second part is a wheel and has the dimensions listed in the file.

Zip folder attached. The DWG tessellation quality is not very good and surfaces are not showing in assembly so they need to be modelled/thickened into a part / parts. DWG is messy and broken. I have an existing file that needs further refinement. Photos included show images from solidworks and original reference piece. Precision to original photos is key. I expect the final file to match the original in every regard. A previous freelancer created the file but could not edit it further due to growing complexity.
