I need a detailed BIM model focused exclusively on the plumbing scope of our project so the design team can review, coordinate, and visualize every pipe run before construction starts. The model should follow current MEP standards and be built in Autodesk Revit (or another widely compatible platform you prefer, as long as I receive shareable RVT and IFC files). All fixtures, pipe sizes, slopes, valves, and equipment must be shown in 3-D, correctly hosted to the architectural backgrounds I will supply. Because this model will serve design-visualization purposes rather than fabrication, I am looking for realistic geometry and clean object naming—not spool sheets.
